WEEK TWO: Forearms, Elbow, Hands
WEEK THREE: Back, Hips, Glutes
WEEK FOUR: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Feet
We highly encourage Myofascial balls (https://radroller.ca/products/rounds), however, you can still participate in the workshop with a ball that you may have laying around your house (i.e. tennis ball, lacrosse ball, etc).
